• পেমেন্টের বিস্তারিত যাচাইয়ের সময় গ্রাহক পর্যাপ্ত নথি প্রদর্শন করতে ব্যর্থ হয়।
• অন্য কোনো গ্রাহকের ফোন বা ইমেইল অপব্যবহার করা।
• গ্রাহক অবৈধ ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেইল ঠিকানা ব্যবহার করে।
• গ্রাহক ভুল পণ্য ফেরত দেয়।
• গ্রাহক একটি আদেশের জন্য অর্থ প্রদান করতে অস্বীকার করে।
• গ্রাহক কোনো আদেশের জন্য প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপে জড়িত।

ক্ষতিপূরণ:

আপনি সম্মত হন যে, আপনি Weekend.com এবং তার বিরুদ্ধে সকল ক্ষতি, দায়, দাবি, ক্ষয়ক্ষতি, খরচ ও ব্যয় (আইনী ফি সহ) ক্ষতিপূরণ দেবেন যা এই শর্তাবলীর অধীনে আপনার কার্যক্রম বা কোনো চুক্তির লঙ্ঘন অথবা অ-কর্মক্ষমতার ফলে হতে পারে।

ওয়ারেন্টির অস্বীকৃতি/দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা:
