Return & Replacement Policy

It is rare for Weekend.com customers to receive products that do not meet their expectations. However, unforeseen situations can sometimes occur. To uphold the trust we share with our customers, Weekend.com offers a return and replacement option if the product you received is damaged or incorrectly designed. In such cases, Weekend.com will replace your product with a fresh one.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it, provided the following criteria are met:

  • The return request is made within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must not be broken or tampered with.
  • If the item came with a free promotional product, the free item must also be returned.
  • Refunds/replacements are subject to inspection and approval by the Weekend.com team.
  • Replacements depend on stock availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge are non-refundable.

Reasons for Returns & Replacements:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Size mismatch for clothing (This applies only if the size delivered does not match the size specified in the invoice. If the invoice and delivered item’s size match, refunds will not be granted).
  • Color mismatch for clothing.
  • Incorrectly printed clothing (e.g., mismatched front/back design, wrong design, or incorrect design placement).
  • Wrong product sent.
How to Return:
  1. Contact the Weekend.com Customer Care team by emailing support@weekend.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once we pick up or receive your return, we will conduct a quality check of the product. If the return reason is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or process a refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued without any questions.
  • The Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and shipping charge are non-refundable.
  • If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund is required as no payment was made in advance.
  • For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • If an online payment is duplicated due to a technical error, the extra payment will be refunded.
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to process. If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please contact us at support@weekend.com, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
